I am very picky when it comes to coffee. I use to like starburst cafe verona many years ago until I started exploring other brands. I have been lucky to drink some amazing coffee and now I snub Starbucks Cafe Verona. It tastes awful and it tastes burnt to me. For around the same price or slightly higher you can get amazing coffee. Once you go on your adventure you will never go back to what you thought was good.

Im here to introduce my new favorite coffee. It's called Republika Coffee Fairtrade Low-Acid Organic Coffee. I ordered the Brazilian Bourbon Santos Medium Whole Bean Coffee, 2 lb and I love it so much. I love that the price is $24.99. At that price I will be a repeat customer. I'm enjoying a cup of this while I'm writing. My mother also enjoys this coffee. Its definitely a winner. It is very smooth and clean tasting. I am not sure the flavor notes of this coffee but I look forward to waking up and grinding the beans and making coffee to start my day. They also have ground coffee and different roasts. I would love to try them all some day to tell you about.

When I prepare this coffee I grind the beans. Then I use 2 tablespoons of grounds per 8 ounces of filtered water. I then brew it in my Bodum Bistro Automatic Pour Over Coffee Machine with Thermal Carafe.
